The creative night out in Krakow that you actually take home
A relaxed two-hour painting session with a local artist — no experience needed, all materials provided, and you walk out with the canvas you painted.

A creative evening that doesn't ask you to be good at painting.
The artist breaks the painting into simple steps and walks the room — most guests have never picked up a brush before and still leave proud of what they made.
It’s the part of Krakow you take home. Most evening activities give you photos. This one gives you a canvas with your name on the back and a date you’ll remember.
A small studio, candles, music, conversation across easels. Works as a date, a friend night, a hen party — the energy is warm, not nightlife.
A glass of wine or prosecco is available on-site if you want one. The session works just as well with a soft drink — the painting is the reason you came.

Two hours, one canvas, one painting you actually finish.
A loose, guided rhythm — set up, warm up, paint in steps, take a break, finish, and unwrap the masking tape together. No pressure to be fast or perfect.
- 0:00Arrive at the studioFind your easel, apron, palette and a blank canvas already set up. Soft drink poured, music on, lights low.
- 0:10Meet the artist · see tonight’s paintingThe artist shows the finished piece you’ll be working towards — usually a Krakow scene, an abstract or a seasonal motif — and walks through the colour palette.
- 0:20Loose warm-upA few minutes blocking in the background and getting comfortable with the brushes. The point is loosening up, not technique.
- 0:35Step-by-step painting blockThe artist demonstrates one layer at a time, then walks the room while you paint. Wine or prosecco available at the bar whenever you want a top-up.
- 1:30Detail pass + the masking tape momentLast details, signatures on the back, then everyone peels off the masking tape together — the part where the painting suddenly looks finished.
- 2:00Walk out with your canvasTake it as it is, or leave it ten minutes to dry. The studio wraps it for the walk home.
Painting changes nightly · groups typically 6–16 guests
What you actually do at the easel
You’re here to switch off, follow the artist’s lead, and leave with a canvas. The format does the work — your job is to relax into it and trust the steps.
- Calm, candlelit pacelow lighting, soft music, easels in a loose semicircle — not a classroom
- Beginner-first guidanceno jargon, no assumed skill, every step is shown twice
- Social but not loudeasy to chat across easels, easy to focus on your own canvas
- About 2 hours, including the wine breaknot rushed — most guests stay until the room is wrapping up
- Mixed-skill groupfirst-timers next to people who paint at home — both leave happy
- Indoor, all weathera fixed studio in central Krakow, no walking, no umbrellas needed
People who "can’t draw" leave proud
The format hides the technique problem. You’re copying steps, not freehanding from scratch — and the masking tape reveal is what flips the canvas from "messy" to "finished".
It works as a date better than dinner
Two hours of side-by-side activity with built-in pauses to talk. Less performative than a restaurant, more memorable than a bar.
The take-home painting becomes a real Krakow memory
Most guests message later about hanging it up at home. A photo on a phone disappears into the camera roll — a canvas on the wall does the opposite.
You actually relax after a day of sightseeing
Castles, queues, walking, museums. A two-hour studio session with a glass in your hand resets the day in a way another bar doesn’t.
You came for an evening out. You leave with a painting on the wall.
That’s the shift — every other Krakow evening activity ends in photos. This one ends with something you made, signed on the back, hanging in your kitchen.

What real guests say
“Came here with my girlfriend for a date night, she’s an experienced painter, I’ve never touched a brush in my life. Marina managed to make it work perfectly for both of us somehow. I got all the hand-holding I needed as a complete beginner, and my girlfriend said she actually picked up some new things too which surprised her. We both left happy with what we made. Great atmosphere, good wine, and a really fun evening overall. Thank you Marina for helping me and making our night amazing!”
